Every PonTiki cruise comes stocked with complimentary beverages, including beer, wine, hard seltzers, bottled water, and ice. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and snacks onboard. Private charters are categorized into Standard (Monday-Thursday) and Prime-time (Friday-Sunday and holidays) cruises. Cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances by PonTiki will result in a gift card for a future cruise or the option to reschedule. For guest-initiated cancellations, a full refund or credit is issued for cancellations made with more than 30 days' notice. Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice will receive a credit towards a future cruise, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled cruise.
