Tours Charlotte Markets Museums on a Guided Segway Adventure

This two-hour guided Segway experience is an extended look at Uptown Charlotte’s highlights, combining fun and local history. After some comprehensive Segway training, you’ll zip along our broad sidewalks to see views of the city’s hotspots while your guide shares stories and hits of history at stops along the way. Hear about Charlotte’s beginnings in the heart of Uptown and then on for a brief peek at the popular Market at Seventh St. We’ll glide through the stunning Fourth Ward Victoria Era neighborhood on our way to the city’s baseball and football stadium area. The tour also visits Romare Bearden Park and the Levine Avenue of the Arts museum district as well as other Uptown hotspots. This activity is not recommended for those who have challenges with walking or standing for long periods of time, those with recent surgeries/joint replacement surgeries, or those with back pain/issues or with vestibular challenges.
