The cruise departs from Harbourside in Jupiter, heading north into the Jupiter Inlet, offering scenic views of local businesses lining the water, the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse, and the luxurious residences on Jupiter Island. Every PonTiki cruise is fully stocked with a selection of complimentary beverages, including beer, wine, hard seltzers, bottled water, and soda. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks to enjoy on board; however, please note that PonTiki's alcohol licensing strictly prohibits hard liquor on the boats. Any hard liquor brought on board will prevent the cruise from departing. For a timely departure, all guests are requested to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the scheduled cruise time and to review and sign their safety waivers in advance. Guests who have previously signed PonTiki's safety waiver do not need to resubmit it, but should provide their name to the guest services team for verification upon check-in. Valid identification must be presented at check-in for alcohol service.
PonTiki reserves the right to modify cruise schedules due to weather conditions or availability, with guests being notified two hours in advance if weather is questionable. In the event of a cancellation by PonTiki due to weather or other issues, a gift card for a future cruise will be issued, as refunds are not offered for public cruises. PonTiki also reserves the right to cancel charters if the minimum number of passengers is not met. Passengers are expected to adhere to a code of conduct; inappropriate behavior, including over-intoxication, vulgar language, vomiting, or indecent exposure, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the vessel and a $200 clean-up fee charged to the card on file. Dogs are permitted only on private cruises and must remain crated while aboard and underway, only allowed out once the boat reaches a sandbar.
