Snorkeling Florida Ocean Reef an Unforgettable Journey Below the Surface

During this tour, you will paddle in the Atlantic Ocean near the Dania Beach Pier with an experienced guide. You will snorkel along both natural and artificial reefs. The natural reef stretches for miles along the coast, while the artificial reefs are in two small, locally known locations, made of giant concrete jax extending over 1,000 feet from shore to the natural reef. These areas are popular with local divers and offer a chance to explore rare marine life and beautiful reef ecosystems. The tour begins with a briefing near the Dania Beach Pier, covering expectations, safety, and the paddling/snorkeling route. After the briefing, you will prepare your gear, including inflating an extra-large stand-up paddleboard capable of holding ten people or 1050 pounds. Once geared up, you'll carry the equipment into the water and begin paddling out. Snorkeling will take place on either natural or artificial reefs, depending on the current and water clarity. These spots are known only to locals, ensuring a unique experience away from generic commercial charters. Depths will range from 10 feet (3 meters) to 20 feet (6 meters). You can expect to spot a variety of marine life, including stingrays, sea turtles, various fish, jellyfish, and conchs, and potentially even a giant manta ray or a moray eel. After the snorkeling adventure, you will return to the beach for a refreshing fruit snack and drinks. Guests should be comfortable in the water and know how to swim.
