Boarding begins at 10:30 a.m., with departure at 11:00 a.m. and return at 1:00 p.m. Please refer to your confirmation for the exact meeting point. Our boats are accessible to those with limited mobility but are not ADA compliant due to the unique nature of the marine environment. There are raised thresholds throughout the dock and the vessel. These can require guests to move down a ramp, walk up a wooden step, aboard the vessel over a gap, and a final 3-inch raised threshold to board the vessel. Waterways Cruises operates year-round, rain or shine. If inclement weather makes it unsafe, the captain may alter the route, return to port, or remain dockside.
