The flight duration is approximately twenty-five to thirty minutes in the air. The entire Living History Flight Experience takes approximately 1 hour.
Our 1943 Stearman biplane, "Betty", rolled off the assembly line in Wichita Kansas on May 7, 1943. This aircraft was one of over 10,000 produced as a primary trainer and used for military pilot training for both the US Army Air Corps and US Naval Aviation. Your entire experience on the aircraft is expected to last about 45 minutes.
