Air Activities Hawaii Paragliding Adventures in Kula

This is our lower launch’s most popular tandem flight experience, offering two sequential flights, each with a 1000 ft descent and lasting approximately 4 minutes each. No prior experience is necessary to participate, as you will fly tandem with one of our USHPA-certified instructors. The adventure begins with a drive from our Landing Zone up the side of Mount Haleakala to the Haleakala Watershed Preserve forest, reaching our Echos launch at 4500 ft elevation. The first flight provides spectacular views of Maui’s central valley as you soar high above the landing zone, offering a serene and breathtaking introduction to paragliding. The second flight builds on the first, demonstrating more exciting maneuvers for those seeking an extra thrill. You won't be jumping off a cliff; instead, you'll experience the sensation of flying like a bird by simply running down a hill without motors or noise. It’s all about pure, unadulterated fun.
